American Wagyu filet - quickly dry brined, sous vide to 130, rested and then seared with garlic and herbs. Paired with 1985 Opus One.

I hate that word is getting out how delicious thighs are. Our basil is going so crazy we cant make pesto fast enough (for shame!)

My diet has collapsed - prosciutto and rocket pizza from Pizza Shed Bree, Cape Town (delivered via Uber Eats) - the crust was fantastic
