I ended up copping out on the lobster roll. Had their Cranberry Bog instead which was turkey, mayo, cheese, stuffing and cranberry sauce. Hadn't had one of those in years and it was delicious. The only disappointment was they put diced apple in their cole slaw. What's up with that?

Your commercial paper napkin holder would come in handy with this meal.
Has it become publicity-shy ?

Too tired to go to the grocery store so I had to make do with what I had on hand this morning. Chroizo, rice and cheese mixed together with a little sour cream. Not the best but I was le tired last night.

Always have to put mine in context. Cheese Enchiladas at home with a spicy red sauce (we mixed some habaneros in), sipping a vodka martini (Absolut with Noilly Prat, three olives) watching Das Boot on Netflix. Good flick and a very nice evening

Yes. With Jersey Royals.
It's embarrassing. I had accidentally bought the bak choi and had nothing to use it with. I did it the way I do asparagus. Vey hot pan. Slug of olive oil and in quick with bak choi halved and face down to caramelise with a knob of butter added. After a few seconds I add half a glass of veg bouillon and put the lid on and steam.
I am fed up with how long it has taken me to realise how superior and better frozen "quality" fish is compared to fresh unless bought straight off the boat. This is frozen seabass that is so completely 100% better than any fresh we buy. you cannot tell it has been frozen and it is frozen as soon as it is caught. It has no fish smell and tastes sweet and gorgeous. And we always have it as it's in the freezer ready and waiting. It is also cheaper.
A lifetime wasted on avoiding frozen fish. I learned about this from a laboratory Dr. who analyses and classifies the freshness of fish and he said as a throwaway that he never eats fresh fish always frozen.

I am absolutely bloated - roast pork with deviled eggs, herring, and salad for Easter lunch (at the inlaws), then rabbit for dinner here, with corn, potatoes, carrots, etc, etc. Eating like a king all day.

Going to try Durham's newest Mexican restaurant with my Dad today. He's picking me up from school in his new 911 and he sent me this email:
Have some babes who will be impressed by the car with you.
