Invited to an impromptu dinner; beef filet carpaccio with Parmesan cheese and virgin olive oil, followed by a seafood lasagne. Happy guests!

Made an omelet with chicken breast, Colby cheese and hot sauce for lunch with toast of course. Now I'm thinking about dinner...not sure which direction to go in yet though.

Koryo Korean Food for lunch. I had their Jumbo Combo which is a selection of 3 meats including steak, chicken and shortribs. 4 side dishes, which I chose crispy fried potatoes, beans, bean sprouts, and noodles. Sauce is delicious, includes 2 dumplings and seasoned rice.

I can never bring myself to have chicken and eggs on the same plate. Sort of feels like eating mother and child. Does that sound strange?

Hahaha I guess I never thought of it that way, and no, not strange this is a no judgment thread!

Meanwhile, just a banana and coffee for me. Early flight and my stomach hasn't woken up with the rest of me.

Late Lunch at Gibson's in Chicago:

- Shrimp Cocktain
- 16 ounce bone in sirloin with french fries
- Vanilla ice cream with hot fudge

Washed down with a couple Goose Island 312s and a Malbec ^

Supper I ended up going to A&W craving for a frosted mug root beer and their Mozza Burger. Side Salad with Italian dressing to accompany. Nice to get a burger from A&W once in awhile.

I broke a tooth (on a tortilla chip of all things!) Friday night and haven't eaten anything but oatmeal and soup since. I did make a nice pea soup yesterday, however. Dentist appointment at 1:00 tomorrow followed by something more substantial than soup.

Sorry to hear that, hope it goes well with the tooth doc!

For me today: DCA Admirals Club breakfast of tasteless croissant and a lemon poppy seed muffin. Lunch was leftover truffle mac and some chocolate.

I had chicken noodle soup during lunch for the first time in a long time. The noodle part of got to avoid. Adds on needless calories.
