You know how you buy stuff thinking it's a great idea, and then never eat them. And then want the space so you have to eat them. :(

Went to the Salt Box again (http://www.saltboxseafoodjoint.com/) and had a clam strip roll with mussel and leek chowda. Absolutely delicious as always ^

Received festive special coupons for Swiss Chalet in my inbox yesterday.. so we dined at Swiss Chalet last night. We received a free plate of appetizer perogies, for ordering two festive specials. My wife loves the perogies appetizer and we occasionally order this dish with the rest of the meals. Put a smile on her face.

6 weeks from today will be our first day of our arrival for our next extended trip to lovely Singapore!

To get her into the spirit I did her half a ton of bbq sticky chilli chicken wings (the drumettes) with egg fried rice and chow mein for lunch with some dry sauvignon.

She smiled!

Lunch from Office cafeteria (New York)

- Black bean soup
- whole grain cranberry-walnut bread roll
- a small tomato olive salad

Put some vegetable soup in the crockpot last night. Was a perfect lunch today with some homemade Jalapeño cornbread

Went to Sansui Sushi for lunch today:

- Seaweed Salad
- Yellowstone Roll: Yellowtail, eel and cream cheese (done tempura style, very good)
- Avalanche Roll: Cream cheese, blue crab with smoked salmon
- Sapporo Beer

At a seminar today and our group went out to Home Food Inn Asian Buffet. Use to frequent this restaurant but haven't been back for years. It was a nice quick meal.. not the healthiest, but it was convenient.

Had dinner at home and it was the best!

We grilled some pork barbeque and tuna with garlic fried rice. My partner makes the meanest garlic fried rice in town and sad to say, I ate more than enough... I guess I need to say good luck to my diet! :D

Saturday breakfast@Ireland.

Grilled pork sausages,bacon,black and white pudding,tomatoes,fried mashed potato,mushrooms,scrambled eggs and toasted bagels.

A day of rugby and Guinness requires a solid foundation. :D

Study session at my study partner/friend Ariel's house. She did us a nice spread of bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese and pancakes. Sure is making this Property review go down smoother.

By a strange coincidence ... I had similar .... rostis, crispy streaky bacon and an omelette today as "she" had gone off to get drunk with our daughter and abandoned me.

Don't blame her. Not a tough choice.

Last night I fired up the wood oven and first off to take advantage of the heat I baked a rustic loaf. Followed by a small portion of pork ribs. The wife was impressed with my bread making skills. ;)

Met my Mom for our usual Sunday tradition. Whole Foods for coffee and bacon. Weird, yes but both their coffee and bacon is excellent ^
