Chang beer. It's quite decent I must add, and very decent for the price.

Anyone else here prefer Chang over Singha when it comes to Thai beers?

I prefer Singha, although I like both. I like the floral flavor of Singha.

Just bought a sixer of Troegs 'Nugget Nectar', Imperial Amber. Good stuff.

Well it's not in the fridge anymore.

It is very tasty.

SaigonCyclo, I assume you're attending the event? I'm drooling at the thought of it and wish I could be there. :)

There's what looks like a pretty good craft beer festival in NYC this weekend at the Lexington Armory.

Here's the list of beer sponsors:

Just got in a trunk load of Belgian beer, the star of which is Chimay Grande Reserve Magnums. May wait a bit to drink this one ...

A little beer and steak with my Dad last night, we had some Stone IPA, Yuengling Premium, Brew Free or Die IPA and embarrassingly, PBR after we were both smashed :p

(bolding mine) I disagree, after so many (each person has their limit), drinking the fine stuff is a waste. ^

I'll be attending, but won't be standing in line at 8am like many others do (they open at 11am). Everyone wants to try Pliny the Younger, but I've already had plenty of it this year so I'll wait for the first wave to get plastered, then head over in the afternoon. Luckily it's less than 10 minutes from my house (as are Stone and Lost Abbey) ^

Yay that's my theory too! I didn't even mention the bottle of white wine we'd also polished off :D
