Now, for how long do I want to age it?

Just treat it as a spirit. Open it, enjoy a nip, put it away, repeat.

Bought several cases of Three Floyds Behemoth 2012 yesterday at the brewery to cellar and to have as trading material.

They were selling cases of Zombie Dust like crazy.

Widmer Hefeweizen (my go-to favorite)
Very Bad Elf (from Ridgeway Brewing) and Reindeer's Revolt - these were Christmas gift's - not likely to drink as one is 6% and the other is 7.5% and the first two I tried to stomach were nasty.
Dogfish Head - Black and Blue (10%) - not sure I'm going to manage this one with a guest to help me.
Miller Lite for my Wisconsin friends who often drop by and prefer this.
Stella Artois.
Hoegarden.
I think I have some Octoberfest somewhere, but not in the fridge meaning it is probably not going to get drunk.

Absolutely NO lite beer. That is a bit like odorless garlic, decaffeinated coffee etc. Just not right

Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye, simply awesome. I hope it's not going to be seasonal.

Would you guys recommend any other Japanese beers as my stack of Asahi and Sapporo is almost empty, so the fridge definitely needs stocking-up soon. :)

In addition to a fridge full of homebrew (and two kegs ready to go on the kegorator), tonight I enjoyed a bottle of Russian River Pliny the Elder, Victory Hop Devil, and a Great Divide Oak Aged Yeti.

It's been a tasty night, glad I don't work until tomorrow evening.

Can you find Hitachino Nest in your area?

I bought a 12 pack of Stella on sale for the Super Bowl. I had to get it since they sent me a free Stella chalice.
