- Delirium Tremens
- Dogfish Head 90-minute IPA
- Sam Adams summer mix pack (Lager, Light, Summer, Pale Ale, Latitude 48, Blackberry Witbier)

BamaVol Jul 19, 2010 8:00 pm

A single Chimay Red
A six-pack of Carolina Strawberry Ale
A six-pack of Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA
A variety six-pack of Shiner beers
Two Highland Cattail Peak organic wheat ales

I have not tried any of Shiner's products except the bock, so looking forward to that. I have no idea what to expect from the Carolina, but I have enjoyed other fruited beers, including someone else's strawberry (Petes?). The Chimay, Dogfish Head and Highland Peak are all favorites (HP is a seasonal so will be saved).

If this is the Shiner Family six-pack, only three are worthwhile, IMHO.

I like the Shiner Bock, Black Lager, and 101, but I didn't care much for Shiner Hefeweizen, Blonde or Light.

I could always give those away. :) With 4 kids over 18, beer never goes begging. Actually, I'll try the light in my never-ending search for a good light beer.

I throw mine into the chili pot instead of using water. It will add some character to a batch, even if it isn't worth drinking straight up. :)

I used to find tons of it at several places in Napa, including the Whole Foods.

3 bottles of Dundee India Pale Ale, which will never be drunk. Because they are wretched.

Five bottles of Southern Tier’s Phinn and Matt’s IPA. The other five will never be opened, at least by me. If you want ‘em, let me know… I’ll ship ‘em… hefty service charge though ;)

Other than that, just a case of Yuengling lager, my favorite ‘go to’ beer.

If I was in Iraq, I'd want to be stone cold sober at all times. Good luck, man.

Currently rocking:

- Dogfish head 60 minute IPA
- Lots of tonic water and lime juice. It's summer, gin and tonic can't be beat!
