I have no idea what to expect from the Carolina, but I have enjoyed other fruited beers, including someone else's strawberry (Petes?). The Chimay, Dogfish Head and Highland Peak are all favorites (HP is a seasonal so will be saved). Currently have some IPS and Killians. About to reload on some premiums. |
Currently, 4 cans of Tecate. Drank half of each of the first 2, then shoved them up the back end of some chickens. They were delicious (the chicken and the beer).

Wow, so I haven't been on the old FT much lately. Glad to see this thread is still alive & kickin'. (So jealous about the FTer posting about Westy a few pages back! Would love to get my hands on some of that!)
Let's see. I got a mixer sixer in attempt to try out & compare some of the Oktoberfest beers w/out committing to a 6-pack of just one. I haven't tried any yet...let's see, there's a Saint Arnolds, Sam Adams, Leinenkugel, Shiner, plus a NB Hoptober. I think I threw in a Saint Arnolds Brown too to round it out, since I've been into the Browns lately. Also lurking around in my fridge: a Koningshoeven Isid'or (hadn't tried it, saw it & bought on impulse since I love their other beers), Smuttynose IPA (rec'd that from a fellow in Maine, gonna hafta share that w/ someone since I'm not enough of an IPA drinker to take the whole bottle down), & one leftover (from a sixer) Lagunitas Hairy Eyeball (yum). |

Looks like we've got San Miguel (good), Fosters (bad) and Bud Ice (really, Dad?) right now. I think we'll make a Total Wine run this weekend.

Today it's 4 cans of Tecate. Nothing drinkable. I use them for beer can chickens and killing snails.
