Just dug out some 18-month old Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale from the basement.

It is not improved with aging. Yuck.

I don't know of any IPA's that improve with age. The hops fall off after awhile. Russian River Pliny the Elder says right on the bottle to drink it now. Do not store it.

Currently in the fridge:

The Bruery White Chocolate
The Bruery Sans Pagaie
Cascade Blueberry
Cascade Vine

Found some Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA in my favourite store today. On chill for Game Evening tonight.

Uinta Hyve honey ale

I've been dying to try this. It's not what I thought it would be (thought it would be sweeter, was curious to see how that would have worked), but it's still really good. Haven't been disappointed by Uinta yet (although Amber was nothing to write home about).

I really enjoyed this beer. Did a trade with a friend on the east coast to get it. Looking forward to having it again.

Stone IPA

VERY hoppy. Delicious, especially sitting at the end of the pier at Avila Beach.
