Being Canadian and wanting to support Canadian microbreweries I'm enjoying a favorite brand, Steam Whistle Pilsner. ^

Had a Steam Whistle Pils in Vancouver, after our cruise last month, and really enjoyed it.

A local store in BOI offers you a discount equal to your age on your birthday! No limit! I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. My favorite of the ones I bought was Sculpin IPA from Ballast Point Brewing. Proprietor said it was the 2nd highest rated IPA in America. I'm convinced. Try it!

This local beer store with a vast selection offers some specialty brews and so tried this brand. Pretty solid German beer. Hard to go wrong with uber cold beer on a hot day. ;)

Hmm, time to plan a trip out there with my 60+ year old father-in-law for his birthday. :D

I'll bring my 85-y.o. mother-in-law and join you. Or my 82-y.o. dad. He might actually be up for it.

Animated GIFs of beer labels. Very cool stuff:

Picked up a 4 pack of BrewDog 5am Saint at the store yesterday. This is a Scottish Brew.

Totally surprised me with the flavor. I am really enjoying it.
