any suggestions as to beer additions

Had a Ninkasi Total Domination IPA draft with dinner tonight--25 oz. & it would have been a dinner by itself. :) http://www.ninkasibrewing.com/beers/

Picked up the same (Sapporo), six-pack of the half-litre cans. :)

It's been a long time since I first posted in this thread, and my beer fridge has not changed. Mostly because I really do not drink. I'll sip a beer now and then to be sociable, but it's mostly for company. Most of my company drinks wine or bubbly. I should ask how "long" beer lasts in a fridge before it's deemed "stale"?

I did sip a Stella a while back and was impressed. If I'm at a bar and feel compelled to order something for sociability, I will order a short Stella.

Sapporo is a fine Japanese beer and always a good call IMO. Good with Sushi. ;)

Three Floyd's Gumballhead
Three Floyd's Zombie Dust
Rogue Brutal IPA

A tough choice for this evening.

Bought a matching pair of 750 ml Stella bottles complete with cages & cork like champagne bottle, something I hadn't seen before around here. $6 ea I didn't think too bad at a local beer story with a excellent selection of suds and the couldn't wait to open the first. ^
