New card as of mid-december. purchased two $50 AA gift cards on 12/30/20 however not yet reimbursed. Never saw the meter move however it changed from the 2020 to 2021 meter on Jan 1st.
Also paid the $100 global entry fee on Jan 1st, 2021 and on the website it indicates approved however it has not yet been paid as of 1/16/21.

I just got my BoA Premium Rewards card. Really want a confirmed method to use up my $100 credit. Should I select UA or AA? Apparently AMEX and UA doesn't work anymore so I'm little scared selecting UA with BoA.

AA is way more lax with their credit than AmEx. I can confirm that AA GC works (just posted today on my account), don't personally have experience with this card and UA TravelBank.

My credit finally posted today (1/20) for BOTH the global entry fee AND the two $50 AA gift cards - about three weeks after posting to credit card
