For those unfamiliar with United Airlines lingo, ToD = Tens of Dollars when referring to how cheap United sold upgrades to NON elites (elites were excluded from offers when UA started the money grab at the cost of free upgrades to elites - things have evolved some since).

Same thing happens to one of our accounts: made a $100 eGC purchase on 3/10, but so far nothing happens. For another account, purchased a $100 AA eGC on 3/6 and got the credit posted on 3/11.

Mine also took a long time. Purchase of $100 AA gift card on 3/10/21. Meter just moved today (3/27/21). Still haven't seen the actual credit, but the meter moving gives me some comfort that it will eventually post.

Any chance yours was credited? Looks like BostonAndy purchased after you but was finally credited.

I debating on whether or not to do this in March since it's still working or if they're going to shut this loophole down for good in the not too distant future.

I have been trying to do a UA TB purchase with my AmEx Plat and keep getting payment errors. Don't want to try with my BOA card yet until I get those locked up. Reading through other treads it appears that the TB webpage is pretty flaky.

Charged $40+ to the card when booking a new WN ticket using some travel fund (credit from cancelled flights). Got the credit even though not expected.

UA TB purchases mid April worked.
Previous buy on Jan 17 did not trigger, similar to the issue for Amex credit.
