Thanks for that datapoint. I just tried a $50 TB purchase and will report back too.

Mid-April 2021? Which amount did you tried? How long did it took to get the credit back?

Thank you. Just wondering why you didn't try $100?

I already have $200 in the TB from Amex Plat so just want to be sure this works and I will purchase another $50 and it is JMO but $50 looks more like a random fee rather than $100. I am also sitting on $300 in Delta credits so until I start getting out traveling again I don't want to keep a ton of money in airline GC's especially since I actually prefer using the Plat for 5x or CSP for 2x. This is just an easy way to get the travel credit off the table.

You are probably aware, but just in case, UA's TB does expire if not used within a certain timeframe (5 years, IIRC).

Data Point: $56 refunded for partial payment of $125 Jetblue pet fee. The remainder was paid with a Travel Bank credit. Anyone know what the max reimbursement you can get? I was scared to put the entire fee on this card, but happy to get back the $56!

I thought Travel Bank credit only pays for actual ticket prices, no incidental fees like that (even if purchased at the same time)?

That's awesome. I'm fairly new to this card as I just got it. I'm assuming that unlike AMEX, I don't have to register an airline? I just go to the UA Travel Bank site and pay the $100 with my BoA Premium Reward? Then I'll get the credit back?

Data Point confirming ck8:
Purchased a $100 United TravelBank Cash (mobile site) on May 22nd. Transaction posted on May 24th. ‘Card Travel Thank You Credit’ pending May 28th and posted May 31st. Airline Incidental Meter is full. So confirmed- United TB of $100 worked for me. Maybe someone who can edit the wiki can add the DP.
