FYI--Southwest $20 Gift Card did not work, but AA did:

Sorry I am new to BoFa Premium rewards card..

1) Does DELTA 'additional charges' get reimbursed as incidental charges?
2) Where do I see the 'meter' in my online account? In my AMEX Gold card the meter shows up in Benefits section but cannot find any for BoFa.

WN $22 amount due in excess of Travel Funds redeemed showing on meter in approximately four days. Now wondering how much more could be credited in this scenario.

$100 AA e-gift card still working. Took a few days for the gift card to be accessible via link in email. Took 6 days after purchase for the credit to post.
