I just got my e-mail with the changes to CO's program (I now know where I stand).
I find it hilarious that CO has to say in the FAQs that one can spend $30,000 with CO but not get Presidential Platinum Elite if they aren't Platinum Elite. What does this mean? CO expects some people to get to $30,000 by averaging a spend of more than 40 cents per EQM (and that's including the class of service bonus). There's no other way to exceed $30,000 a year and not hit 75,000 miles. I think these individuals have to be worth something to the company. |
