I only got two new lines out of the GEG fares - to ORD and DEN (well...aside from the MSP-ORD and DEN-ORD lines that came as extras...). Was going to get a SEA line but had to cancel that one as something (namely a Springsteen concert at MSG) just happened to come up.

6 new lines this weekend coming up though!

Some of my more random ones were:

MSP-ORD-MSY-DEN-GEG
GEG-DEN-DFW-CLT-MSP
GEG-SFO-IAH-ORD-MSP

There's a few with LAX, SAN and SEA thrown into the mix as well. I can't even remember all the routings at the moment.

I couldn't imagine visiting GEG that much. :)

Take up golf and you will treat GEG as a religious experience. I know that's how I look at it.

Both mine were daytrips so real crazy routings were out of the question...

Rather dull MSP-DEN-GEG-DEN-ORD-MSP and MSP-ORD-GEG-ORD-MSP.

ORD-GEG-ORD is too much time to spend on a CRJ-700 in one day. Even in F.

Don't you have to cross the border for said experience?

Cash for Caulkers??? Who came up with this one? News people are having issues saying the word Caulkers.

TSA crap has made The Daily Show.

I got about 14 new lines out of my GEG runs, IIRC. My most adventurous was MSP-CLT-ORD-SEA-GEG-SFO-CLT-MSP.

Yes, but the airport is the gateway to said nirvana.

I thought about adding some CLT stops but realized it would mean I'd have to fly US.

Don't even need to golf to enjoy Coeur d'Alene. It's beautiful.

Coeur d'Alene was my favorite course to play in Tiger 05 during college.

It's on my short list of courses that I'd love to play (ok, that short list is pretty long).

I'm sure the town is nice, yeah. But that course makes me tingle.

Night, Box.

I didn't mind. I ended up padding my BD balance with well over 100,000 miles, and enjoyed Pomegranate Martinis on my US flights. I only had a small number of US flights with unrefurbished F cabins. Their newer seats are fine for sitting in (and I'm 6'1").

Haven't had a chance to experience the new US F...I swore off US a couple of years ago after a string of bad run-ins with them.

Then again, F seats generally all work for me - I'm 5'6", 150 lbs. Can't say I'm that big.

You were probably the smallest guy at Greasy Spoon Do. But you did get to pick up a domestic A330 for cheap.

Indeed...now if only I could pick up the NW 744 doing MSP-DTW after New Year's on the cheap...
