Yes - I had just landed from the 3.5 MQM trip to KOA the afternoon before.

Didn't you get bumped on said trip?

I wish. Plane went MX in KOA, so I landed at LAX as my flight to CVG was scheduled for take-off. My re-accommodation was breakfast and then the LAX-ATL non-stop on the 764 with claustrophobic F. So I had to ask for original routing credit.

Ah...I remembered there were extenuating circumstances with that trip, but couldn't remember the exact details.

My PBS was definitely not showing that program.

I did get to go over to T-5 and have as very nice breakfast at a place you described as your favorite LAX restaurant.

Same here...I'll have to keep my eyes out to see if it comes on up here in Minneapolis...

I somehow have avoided LAX for a while in lieu of ONT (and BUR this weekend).

Revised Hockey Do hotel - I now have a suite at Hyatt Regency New Brunswick, NJ for $83.30 plus tax. 2,541 points, half a FFN, and full breakfast. The last couple suite upgrades do me no good come the end of February.

Ah...yes...I remember Monet's now - one of the better places to eat at LAX proper (though if I can, I try to make a run to In-N-Out).
