Correct. GSTT exemption and estate tax exemption are all in play with present (or anticipated) legislation which will potentially affect (apparently) several of our livelihoods. Bottom line is that estate tax exemption may end up at $3.5 million with potentially portable exemptions between spouses. As to gift taxes, GETT, etc., who knows what will happen. Also, the concept of discounting for lack of control, lack of full interest, etc. may or may not be in jeopardy. The consensus here is that the phase out of the estate tax will not happen (due to the loss of federal revenue).

The above statement is about as politically neutral as I can get this...

I am putting down the floor tiles today and should be back in business by the end of the week. I just need to find a plumber to run the gas line for the new stove, which I plan on purchasing today though ShopOnePass.

BTW, mornin' Box. Unfortunately today's not a holiday for me...you'd think people would stop dying from Wed evening until Monday morning, but unfortunately this isn't the case.

My parents have an exchange student who wants to go to Wal-Mart to experience black Friday. I'm sure my mom is excited about this...
