Doesn't surprise me -- clearly the IRS is gonna figure out how much they are 'losing' with this 'privileged' planning tool!;)

It seems that exemption on the GSTT is going to decrease from 3.5/7 million to 1.

Though to be honest, I know nothing about trusts and estates.

I'm done, Box. Hope everyone had Happy Turkeys. Gotta be up in three hours to go shopping. My helmet is polished, the shoulder pads are ready to go, and the athletic supporter and shin guards sit awaiting use.
