I think I hit that EQM number for about $700 out of pocket) but I have seen icurhere2 post that $1,000 per status tier is a respectable goal.

If the NA dollar coins come back, I wouldn't have to fly to re-qualify next year (although I would indeed be flying around).
And what do you mean by "NA" coins? Obviously whatever it is, it's gone now, but it's just morbid curiosity on my part. |

Sometimes I'm way in the woods on things. I thought the coin deal was just getting miles on a credit card, and that they didn't have an EQM value.

Wouldn't she only be of help if I was crediting to LH? I don't have all the boarding passes but I do have the ticket number that all of the segments were on. The Wizard of Fozz already told me that if nothing posts I have to call OPSC and have them research the ticket - I would just rather not have to do that, as the miles should post correctly in the first place.

You may not believe this, but I am not wearing any pants in that photo.

No kidding. If LH C taught me anything, it's that a seat not in the back is always preferable to a seat in the back. Free is nice, but that seat really is nothing to write home about. For someone to claim that a trip that long in Y is better than a trip of similar length being up front is like saying that hemorrhoids are enjoyable. First post after joining more than two years ago, by the way...

I guess I fit into the seat better, but I find LH C to be very comfortable.

Could be my weight; could be my height. I didn't think the seat was well-padded.

End of year numbers are finished: if everything posts as it should, 51877 EQM.

If it makes you feel any better, none of my miles posted either and I was crediting to United. Looks like i'll need to chase 'em this week. :(

All my LH flights have posted correctly to BD thus far. I'm very much looking forward to being back in the 55K+ earning world very soon.

I decided to start slow. Four segments, one day, with plenty of sleep opportunities, a destination with free WiFi and palatable lunch options (I checked, it doesn't seem awful) and good chances for both upgrades and bumps. The early PHL-IAH is known to be Elite-light, and that last IAH-PHL of the night, at least before the economy tanked, used to be known as a good bump chance and was also something of an oil route...but Sunoco is closing their refinery that you see across the river from PHL when you land on the runways parallel to the river, so who knows anymore.

Against an industry where a couple of cents per seat mile spells the difference between earnings and insolvency, I stand in awe of you guys that measure things in seat miles per penny.

When I checked that route it showed the first flight as PHL-CLE on an ERJ and not to IAH. Return was through IAH.
