Why not fly PS? You'd at least get E+

I considered UA (and would have done it over B6) but it involves getting out to JFK in time for a 7am flight. That's a pretty  wake-up call. They only had middle seats available too.

I just booked on C:rolleyes: and was able to snag a window exit row (:-:) on the outbound. If nothing better than 16E shows up between now and  for the return I'll switch over to UA and play my E+ game. The joys of refundable fares.

These flights have a pretty high churn rate so I'm hoping next week an elite or two will start dropping off and something will open up. Somewhere. On some flight. Does CO give a bonus for a Plat in a middle seat on a B fare?

If anyone is looking for an oversell, the 730am CO SFO - EWR next Fri. is over by :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:.

Window seat so you can lean against the side and try to get some sleep. Blankets make better pillows than the pillows. Use adrenaline from the excitment of the trip to keep you going on Friday until about 9:30 PM and then crash. Keeping hydrated helps a lot too.
Eating at their times helps too, eath breakfast when you get there or on plane, have lunch when they have lunch, etc.

That early departure sucks. If at all possible drug yourself to sleep. Even getting 4-5 hours makes a HUGE difference.

A shower on arrival does tremendous things for me but doesn't work for my wife. I've also found that with a schedule like the one you have a SHORT nap around 1-2pm won't kill you. But you absolutely MUST get up within an hour or so. Any more than that and you don't actually reset your body to the new time and you're screwed.

^ I've clipped these, thanks.

Yes, I really did apply. I cannot imagine that I'd be able to afford taking the job should I actually get it, but I'd like to try.

What is your goal here? It sounds border line unethical to waste their time with something that you have no intention of following through on. :-:

My condolences to the good Col. :-:

I am very envious of those taking the Star trip. I described it to Mrs Radonc1 and even she wanted to go. However... it is very difficult to do when you have to be in Houston and Baltimore for work this week :( . The good news if any is that I got 5 day upgrades from CLE to IAH and IAH to BWI. (I would trade it all to have gone on Star trip). Have fun.

Poor :rollpuck:. Can't imagine losing my passport like that. :(

Most of my flights from this past weekend have posted to BD. Still waiting on the ones from three weeks ago, and CO hasn't credited my IAH-MSP from Friday yet.

Is there now a recurring problem with US flights posting to BD?

For me, the issue was the actually just the removal of my BD # from the US segments (even though I had it added). While scanning my boarding passes yesterday, I noticed the "FFP" field was blank and there was no BD*G indication anywhere on the BPs.

Not really. BD is just consistently inconsistent. You never know quite what to expect.
