Indiana is folding up in a hurry. Someone forgot to tell them that a football game goes for all 4 quarters.

So, I am not going to prejudge; there may, or may not, be plenty of reasons for complaints and lampoons in the near future.

You are very wise. I'm well within the mode of "I will fly whoever serves my needs the best at the moment".

I don't have any games on. Currently writing lectures / quizzes and drinking comped beverages while waiting for the Hyatt Place to clean a king suite away from various noise sources ...

Wow! Either my mind is playing tricks or you just edited the post. Did it not say "non-smoking" just a refresh ago? If so, I was going to ask where you were that there were still "smoking" rooms.

I couldn't resist, I had to drop some bait in the pet thread.

If you're going purely on difficulty, the first one is the trickiest by far. White Christmas would be the easiest, especially if upper range is challenging.

Just turned on Georgia/Florida as I run multiple loads of laundry and make pumpkin cheesecake (am on duty tonight and figured I'd better bring some treats...)

We have a little SEC echelon up here in NJ...my boss is a die-hard UGA alum and goes back for at least one game every year.

I like the black helmets. Apparently it's 86 (record heat) in Jacksonville today.

They may look sleek and sexy but they're going to be REALLY hot by the end of the game. Think Dark Helmet in Spaceballs - "I can't breath in this thing!"

No help in the red zone stats (which are pretty pathetic) but a TD is always a good way to start the game.

That raises a question: do you know, did Bing Crosby have any vocal range to speak of? Thinking back, he was the cream of the crooners, but I don't remember him ever doing anything challenging.

I made a comment too. I really wanted to point out that the dog paid big bucks to sit underneath a seat but resisted. I did point out that you don't pay for a specific seat but just a seat. Flame on. :D

But a small price to pay for..."moychendizing."

I don't think I have any issues with the first one. I also don't think Bing had much of a vocal range.

I thought exactly the same thing but held my fire. If someone really wanted to grump about something (and draw the flamethrowers) lap children would be a better reason to whine.

Where the real money from the movie is made. :p

One time one of the movie critic shows had a real apples and oranges question theme: was Woody Allen or Mel Brooks funnier? Since my preferences in humor tend to stay away from brooding self-referential angst, I didn't see it as much of an issue.

Aside from a little gratuitous body humor (which is itself a satire, I suppose) Brooks makes my howl, making fun of everybody and everything, including himself.

Your mind isn't playing tricks on you - it's a mental artifact from being an elite with Choice Hotels who also lives in Tennessee. I'm fortunate now that I don't have to stay in Choice hotels as much (usually East TN and Chattanooga) given the state government rate gives me broad discretion on where to stay.
