Don't do it on the phone, do it in person. Try the RCCs. Have them confirm via the Apollo profile S*UAL/DOWNGRADE. It's possible they changed it, but that will definitely say what is due. Also, remind them, mistake fare or not, you paid for a F seat. And if they argue it was a coach-fare that was upgraded, have them look at the profile as it strictly says -UP fares are to be treated as F. |
