I found a significant stash of Pepperidge Farm cookies in SFO and a lesser stash in HNL last weekend. They are loose and near the crackers. I had many Milano cookies prior to the SFO-HNL flight. :D
And I am a big fan of the yogurt in the mornings. Much better than the "bagels" that any of the lounges have. When CO had the English Muffins I enjoyed those but they don't seem to show up any more. I haven't seen any of the Pepperidge Farm cookies recently, but I've mostly been in the ORD RCCs. |

I'm considering just dropping off the grid for the day. No BB, no email, no nothing. PHL-CLE-PHX-IAH-PHL on 12/7, same day with three hours in Phoenix. 6am to 11pm.
I'd go for gold if there was some way to get 20K miles for $150. |

I might not need to use a lounge; I'm just checking. I may have no other airport dropoff option than 9-10am for a 4pm flight. Told my fiancee that I would leave her a spare set of car keys, and one of her sisters could run her to the train station to fetch the car. She claimed that her sisters would give her crap about ferrying her to a train station that is less than 10 miles away.

Recent snacks I've seen in RCCs (ORD, DEN, IAD):
Overall the RCCs tend to have a larger variety of food than CO's PCs. There's also a larger number of healthier items if you want a snack without loading up on processed carbs. I have a dilemma. I am going to be in SFO in a couple of weeks on a Thursday. Ordinarily, I would fly home on Friday either on UA to PHL (arriving 5:30) or on CO to EWR and take the train (arriving home at the same time). However, I'm going to be away the rest of the week and most of the following two, so I'm trying to get home early. Plus the CO flight is nearly sold out, with F2, and I'd be looking at a middle non-exit row seat. Do I: (1) take the red-eye home, which I don't like to do because I am useless the next day, but at least I'll be home in time to drive one of the kids to school (2) take the 6:30 am flight on US (in Y, since I no longer have US status), arriving at 2:45 (3) connect through DEN on UA, leaving at 6 am and arriving at 3:45? WWTBD? Option (3) is the least expensive, though I don't think I'm going to run up against the limits of my travel budget either way. The problem with option (2) is that if I have to work I'll be unable to open my laptop. |

When are you going again? If it's not the 2nd or the 5th I could meet you somewhere in Center City for lunch and run you to the airport.

If anyone is bored in NYC on Saturday I'm going to see if I'm any good with night time flash photography by going the the big Halloween Parade. Anyone up for joining in the spectating of the spectacle I've heard so much about?
