Copa, instead of turning on Twitter phone notifications, which are SMS, install Ubertwitter on your BB.

I'm annoyed with ubertwitter and their new paid policy to get functionality beyond 10 tweets. Also it doesn't "hide" as well as most other BB apps. I need to find a replacement. For most stuff I just use the web interface from the BB web browser now but that isn't so good for adding photos.

Other than that, I missed just RyanAir (go figure).

Aerolineas wouldn't take for me the first time I tried it, either. When I tried typing it a second time, it took it, for some reason.

I typed 'eye'... wow. It's really time for me to go home.

TSA-style restrictions will be in place at Yankees Stadium tonight.

Quote:

Do not bring anything that you would not be allowed to bring on a plane. The rules for what items you can bring into the stadium will be the same as TSA restrictions, which you can find at www.tsa.gov. Any items surrendered at the gates will not be returned.
I hope they don't follow the same screening procedures too! Can you imaging being asked to take your shoes off to get in to a baseball game?

I typed in Air Transat and it refused it the first time. I filled in 38 boxes but I'm saying 39 because of that.

Let me know if you find anything with similar functionality.

I always liked watching the snipers roam the roof of the old stadium.

Southeast is WN's last remaining hole. They won't tangle with the mess that is ATL. CLT is their next logical move, unless they get multiple smaller markets that surround CLT.

I'm sure they'll be on top of the new stadium tonight.

My favorite was spotting the snipers in windows and on the rooftops around Times Square for NYE 2002. The helicopters that hovered (for most of the 5-6 hours we were there) every few blocks were pretty eerie as well.

My immediate thought was "ALCO should get out more".

I've long wanted WN to go after CLT - with the mess in banking, I wouldn't doubt that the O/D traffic looks a lot worse to WN now than if did a few years ago.

I have a feeling a lot of the CLT crowd would flock to WN in masses. It really would be a smart move for WN.
