I looked at the pricing at the last Berkshire Annual Meeting. Not a pretty number at all (can easily spend $150K on two transcons).

What exactly do you get for your $150k if you still have to pay for tickets?

I know I've said it in The Box before, but the one time I had a serious walkup client for private jet service, the number they quoted me was bug-f**k nuts. IIRC the jet involved was a Citation, too. Millville, NJ origination, ferry to ACY (a 27-mile flight, BTW), flight to MIA - $23K.

If I were flying with a share program, it would not be netjets....there are many cheaper and possibly better :)

Is this correct?
I called co last night to upgrade my ticket using non-elite miles and they wanted to charge me a $150 fee. They claim the fee is based upon the status of the account on which the miles are drawn on. |

Try having the semantic argument with your ex-girlfriend that comparatives don't necessarily imply the initial adjective (e.g. "slower" doesn't necessarily mean "slow"). She was the philosopher, so the statement "Object X is faster than Object Y" meant Object X was inherently "fast", even if X was a tortoise and Y was a snail.
