Indian food is also good, many of the same spices as Mexican food in different proportions and order. ^

+1 Though I am not a spicy kind of person so no salsa for me.

I was not able to handle spicy hot before but now I can go with up to medium spicy hot without too much of a problem. Guess I'm getting older :(.

Indian food has lots of interesting and delicious vegetables. I love it. Mexican food is largely rice and beans. Sure - I'm, generalizing.

Just got home from dinner at the crappy mexican place around the corner from me. There was a roach on the ceiling at one point. That was interesting.

That was just the security camera.

You are eating the wrong mexican food, probably 'tex mex' :D

I could always go for just about any kind of satay with a nice hot peanut sauce.

We did have some phenomenal scallops at CraftSteak.

I don't eat peas or any sort of variant. But I gobbled up their side dish of snap peas. Craftsteak is really the only steakhouse I've been to that I've enjoyed practically all their side dishes.

Smith and Wollensky got me hooked on creamed spinach, but i've had a lot better than theirs now.

+1 and love the garlic naan. I try not to eat Indian food too much as it's carb overload for me.
