I think the best part of the crazy EWR-IAD-DEN-ABQ-ORD routing is that I only need to burn two e500s for upgrades. :)

What fun. We just spent 30-45 minutes here working on figuring out how to set up some "special" employee who has all kinds of weird stuff going on so that he'd get paid correctly. We finally got it all done, and he's calculating correctly…
…And just now the Assistant HR Director received an e-mail stating that the employee we spent a third of the morning dealing with had resigned. Sorry, but that is just too funny. I know, I know, frustrating as he!! for you, but funny for us :D:D:D |

Could someone please to be 'splainin this to me? I read 500 mile certificates and I think all segments under 500 miles. IAD - DEN does not qualify.

One of my colleagues sends e-mails that have reminders, so they switch from e-mails to essentially appointments (with the pop-ups, tone, everything). She needs to be added directly to the Junk E-mail fliter.

It looks at the 2 endpoints only EWR-ORD |

EWR is the origin, ORD is the destination. 719 miles. They have a 50 mile threshold. So you can upgrade up to a 550 mile trip with a single e500... 0-550 miles - 1 e500 551-1050 miles - 2 ... So, since 719 is in the range of two, i have to cash-in two of 'em. |
