There's no telling where you might end up if using :rolleyes:v Volare, but there's a good chance it will involve lots of segments and back-tracking in Asia.

And the Singapore Girls.

Wish I knew whether CO would award 100% Miles for TK V Fares, else I would book the ORD-IST-Middle East deal to AMM (have wanted to visit Petra).

After almost losing the CO/FT baggage tag, i decided to try to take off any tags that I really care about. So, the DL/NW tags are the ones that stay on the bags. :D

If you let your membership expire, you still have 2 years to generate activity in the account or to use the funds. ^

Cool!

UIO it is. I was surprised to see they use the U.S. Dollar. The Sheraton webpage there says "special conditions apply" and talks about exchange rate.

Beer is cheap at a nearby cafe: $1.49 for the Ecuadorean brew. ^

Ah! ssullivan has chosen to use understated elegance and eloquence to offer his birthday greetings. Sometimes, less is more, right? ^

Still love jrzyshawn's post, though :D

My FF tags go on my carry on bag. :-:

Speaking of FF tags - why doesn't the BD bag tag have an expiration date on it? IME, this makes it useless for Star Gold lounge access.

I don't bother putting any tags on my bags anymore.

well, that won't do, there MUST be travel in the southern hemisphere. What's wrong with fozz? does he suffer from hemispheritis?
ALCO Travel does not have bilaterals in place with Japan. :-:

that's OK, I don't want to exercise my bilateral muscles anyway ....:D

Asia is good. lots of segments is good. back-tracking is good ....:D

Yes, fozz Travel Services has recently acquired rights for the southern hemisphere and we are slowly ramping up our services. However, we are the seasoned team for transcon and LHR service.

Need to ramp up southern hemisphere before my RTW.

LHR - meh! Been there done that :D:D

Maybe next time I'm going through an airport, I may see you.

With few exceptions, I can be found in ORD on Monday am, and RIC on Thu/Fri pm until the end of the year.

Maybe I'll bump into a few Boxers with CO in :-: soon.

That's why bag tags you like stay on carry-on luggage. :-:

I do sport a FT tag most of the time, including on my briefcase relatively frequently. I've met people because of it - some fun and some not so much. And I also have my 2003 CO tag on my bag every now and then, just for fun.

I'm very tempted to just do it anyways. In talking to the wife about the Christmas trip and timing I had a great revelation:

Me: What day do you want to come back to the USA?
Her: When do we leave for BCN?
Me: 12/30 in the evening.
Her: 12/30 in the morning. No good reason to get back on US time if we're just going back to Europe.

:D :D :D

I'm tempted by the AMM fare as an option for that week. I've also found TATL C/F reward inventory on our dates for LH or SQ. I just need to figure out getting past MUC/FRA to somewhere more fun and book the things.

From time to time, ALCO Travel may request that you take side-trips to certain Central Asian Republics, to deliver unmarked packages to persons of interest.
