I think there's a prohibition against taking beer on the Arubus.

In honor of today's cool weather, I will be making stew. Off to the store where I think, inexplicably, a six pack of beer might jump into my cart.

It's spawning season. You can hardly walk down the refrigerated aisle without at least a dozen jumping into your cart. :-:

One word suitcase.

OK - I am really going off to make late lunch now. Had to download Skype and make a few calls ...

the opportunity to save $30 a month on broadband internet is pretty compelling as part of the overall austerity program.

So you’re paying $65/month now? For $60/month you could get an aircard from Sprint. (5 meg limit now )

"Six pack" is greater than "no beer".

$65 includes 69 channels of TV - Charter being  makes the internet service alone more expensive than internet plus television. And I don't need television.

Exactly. :rolleyes:cast has a monopoly on service at my apartment complex, and wants to charge $65/month for stand-alone broadband. I decided to get a Verizon USB Modem instead. It works all over the U.S. and Canadia, and I no longer have to use ridiculously-priced hotel internet. I haven't come close to using up my 5 Gig monthly limit, even with lots of uploading to Flickr. ^

It does seem to be that season - must be why it's called Fall!

I really need to get some of those. I have only seen one in real life, and that was at the MR seminar last weekend. I have yet to meet someone in the airport or on a flight who sports an FT luggage tag.

I've seen several people with them. Last night on my IAD-LAX flight there were three people I saw getting off the plane at LAX with them. However, they were in the other aisle of the plane, and either way ahead or way behind me, so I didn't try to talk to them to find out who they were. At that point I was tired and a little hungry and just wanted to get to the rental car as fast as possible.

I wonder how many of the multi-quote abusers might be Evangelists by now had they not been multi-quoting so often?

No (unopened) beer on a bus?

A suitcase is a 24 pack.

Having flown all the variations of the DL 757s in Y (not counting the ex-NW aircraft), I'm convinced there's no such thing as a great seat in Y on a DL 757. The ones DL has always owned have ancient seats with thick clunky armrests that are too low and reduce the seat width, and the combination of the seat design and pitch in the non-exit rows makes CO's standard Y seats seem like E+. The exit rows still suffer from oddities like tray tables in the armrests and narrow seats. Unfortunately, the F seats on those planes aren't all that great either. DL has a ton of really crappy seats flying out there. It's just one of the many reasons I avoid flying them.
