I really need to get some of those. I have only seen one in real life, and that was at the MR seminar last weekend. I have yet to meet someone in the airport or on a flight who sports an FT luggage tag.

ETA: I also put one on a bag I used to share with my dad when I lived in Houston. I always use BusinessElite check-in regardless of whether I'm supposed to or not. I just smile and say, "oh my goodness, I'm so sorry, I thought I was able to check in here" by which time it's usually too late to do anything and they check me in anyway!! :D
