I got a dose of relief from Ocean County - they will process my stuff and I can then bring a completed certificate to the company...they should have no problem processing that through their poopy heads. Yes, I still am going to deal with the subbing company - it's beneficial to put up with their  because they are the vendor for 90-some districts.

Has anyone flown US Helicopter? I took a trip from 34th Street to EWR yesterday because of the $59 special that CO is running. I'm not sure how they stay in business. The experience was very cool (first time I was in a helicopter) but there was only one other pax other than me. The next flight only had 1 person booked (the women working there were discussing it). If anyone can do it, I recommend the trip. It was very fast (5 minutes) and I was dropped off at a gate directly across from my EWR-SFO flight. The F flight attendant clearly did not want to be doing her job. She wasn't rude but everything that she did seemed like a real effort.

What sort of price range?

I think I was finding stuff around $700 from the east coast. If memory serves me correct, for hawaii it doesn't have to by Y/B/M. And if you do it right, you can route yourself through MSP/ATL to get WBC.

Having enjoyed the US F catering this past weekend, I was pleased to discover that US will be launching CLT-HNL nonstop in December. With the new Envoy seat, that will be one of the best :-: options in F for Mainland--->Hawaii.

You did not just say that. Are you becoming a US whore?

Yup - that's probably how I'll use mine next year. For some reason, having them makes me feel like I need to burn them.

HAHAHA, i feel the same way. Fortunately I keep forgetting I have them until someone mentions it.

What does the card you get from that look like? Can I use it with the TSA? It sounds like a good thing to sign up for, but I'm pretty sure I really do not want to submit all the required info.

When I did it, there was no card. They put a sticker on your passport and you go into the system. That was all.

That's not bad at all. Perhaps I'll use DL to HNL this winter instead of CO and use some of my remaining SWU's before they expire.

Note - I flew out of ATL because it was $800 more to fly out of BNA. I also took the scenic route during 3.5 EQM including stops in DTW, CVG, and LAX (twice).

It is rather common, don't fear it. Getting it treated will help you sleep and feel MUCh better if you indeed have it.

Oh yes, he did just say that. And I'm afraid he might be becoming one.

Kid at Johns Hopkins hears something go bump in the night, and deletes said bump in the night with a samurai sword. New Jersey rumored to be passing a one-sword-per-month purchase law.

I'm still keyed up with anger, so reading this story made me laugh really hard. I know, I know - I'm going to Hell.

That's it, I'm moving to NJ. I pay $3.19/gal in lovely Northern California. A mere 20 miles away from the nearest refinery. :td:

Finally, eating some real food -- when I'm sick -- I serious don't eat -- probably does not help recovery! Got a small side consulting gig from client -- so happy to be racking up some billable hours!^

Easy there, EWRgate. What you don't pay in gas prices you will pay in property taxes, restricted personal freedom, and small carvings of your soul.

I am so freaking happy.

Holy smokes. I thought she was just getting her ankle repaired from her Wii accident. Benign tumors are great. Sending love to both of you.
