I've abused some timeshare pitches before with Hilton and Wyndham (primarily to get "free" accommodations on otherwise busy weekends); they tend to either offer points toward that hotel chain or items/tickets for other merchants or smaller amount of cash.

Hmmm - I would love to receive that one ... Right now, I'm only getting the promotions from VS (NYC, MCO, or LAS). The LAS one is:

* 5 days and 4 nights for two in a studio unit at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip resort (2650 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV. AAA Rating: Three Diamonds).
* Las Vegas Grand Experience Card
* $100 Entertainment Voucher
* 25,000 Virgin Flying Club Miles

Cost is $449, though ...

Quit yer complainin'. If you want to feel like you are drowning in humidity, visit teh festering pit. We'll give you heat & humidity for the majority of the year. Yesterday's high was 97. Today is supposed to be the same. I'll trade your weather for ours. ;)

Despite all the rain in BNA burbs, the weather has (thus far) been nothing to complain about for the summer.

I finally got around to picking out my Google Voice number and was able to grab the last one with sdm1130 in it. ^

Small chance of wx issues at IAH today. Looks like you'll be routing people through here, possibly.

Yes.... I was in Houston to see the in-laws over 4th of July weekend. I planned in advance by packing three shirts per day. I don't want to trade for your weather... I want you to somehow take it back!

peace,

Aside from the ATL-LAX 77L, what other international config planes are doing transcons?...

In addition to the 763ERs that were mentioned, in the next few months I have three transcons all on the ETOPS 752s that are increasingly being put into service domestically as the seasons change and as DL cuts back on some international routes.

Unless there was a NW complication, I never had any trouble changing seats on delta.com. But if there are NW flight numbers or NW metal involved, then you need to use nwa.com.

Not at all. It's very "Before & After" - clever.

Thanks. ^ I just finished it. For anyone who cares to try:

LEAD: Name the four current Eagles band members, and name the Philadelphia Eagles’ home field.

1. The Philadelphia Eagles’ logo is the only team logo in the NFL that does what? (Think of Hebrew.)
2. Which Eagles song invites the listener to “take another shot of courage”?
3. Between 2000 and 2008, how many times did the Eagles appear in the NFC Championship Game?
4. What allusion to the band’s opposition to war in Iraq served as the title for the band’s most recent tour and album?
5. Vince Papale’s rookie year and the release of Hotel California were both what year?
6. In 1982, Don Henley released a song as a solo artist that dealt with his dislike of the news media. Name that song.
7. The mother-in-law of this Eagles wide receiver was an Eagles cheerleader, before she gave birth to a Girl Next Door.
8. This Eagles song title became a catchphrase. The lyrics promised that the title would “surely make you lose your mind”.
