At least watch the canucks logging in the winter on Discovery.

One of my favorites comes on soon - "Locked Up Abroad" ^ Somehow, it's still funny despite knowing the entire plot line in advance:

* Someone tries to smuggle drugs to get cash for (insert reason),
* Individual thinks they are going to get away with it (imagined escape, like Ambrose Bierce's An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge),
* Individual doesn't get away with it,
* Individual spends years in a craphole of a jail,
* Individual speaks out not for pity, but so others won't make the same mistake.

I've been watching a lot more reality TV over the past couple years, too. Of course, in my family that's mostly on YES. :D

Three inbound flights from EWR are still not fixed in time and are going to arrive between 12am and 2:30am.

I have the highest seniority on the night shft so I don't have to stay if I don't want to....and I don't want to. Be there, done that, too many times in my career to find it fun or worth the money any more.

Good to hear you are missing out on most of the fun. I can't even imagine what CS is going through tonight...

The Four Points Shanghai has some 1500 sq ft rooms.

I have a question for the box.

My IB flight from JFK-MAD was canceled (winter scheduled loaded)

What do I do.

1) Rebook on the later flight
2) Rebook on the later flight and ask for business
3) Do nothing and go for the op-up at the airport
4) Try to get them to put me on the CO flight to MAD

Get on another flight now before your options start to dwindle (as others seek re-accommodation).
