Does that mean the armadillo saw it's shadow?

"wobbly-bonkers" together should be used for only the most extreme cases...like last night at EWR, the IAH snowstorm, and when the day comes that giant frogs rain from the sky.

At which point someone will no doubt start a thread complaining that CO did not spend $400 Zillion to stock frog-clearing equipment at all of its hubs.

Reservations for Surfwatch next year went live at 9 am ET this morning - my dad, sister, and I have all been here on our laptops and cell phones trying to get through. Obviously, the server had been brought to its knees, as had the call center...finally, someone got through around 9:20, and we were able to get something (not our first choice week, but the second).

I remember tales of people writing scripts that would endlessly hit sites like ticketmaster/ebay/etc for the automation of these very tasks...

Morning, Box.

Yes...and CO Insider will get a text message from someone stuck on a plane to this effect.

Ugh. I haven't had the opportunity to fly straight into here yet, but I'd like to try and make it work sometime in the future. Of course, US will be more useful to me than DL by next summer for mileage purposes, but I can only imagine what the lack of competition will do for the prices.

I mean, I've been saying for a while that the REAL way to get here would be to fly yourself...can't imagine that the landing fees are too bad! :)

Good morning, Box. It is a beautiful day here in central NJ. Blue sky, wispy white clouds and not a raindrop in sight or clap of thunder r:rolleyes:lling overhead. Wonder how long it will last ...:p it is very humid though.

How did you poison your yard? the land we bought and are about to build on is heavily wooded in one area and is completely overgrown with weeds and stuff. I want to just spray something that will kill the lot and start fresh.

I'm like that too. But... my wife has kept her maiden name. As a physician there's a lot of paperwork/licenses/hoops to jump through to change a last name

I kept my maiden name in the UK while I was working for the same reasons - as a psychologist it was just too much of a pain to change all the licences, etc. and, also, everyone knew me by my maiden name. But, I did change to Mr Brit's last name for my passport, drivers licence, etc. So, really, I just kept my maiden name for buisness issues.

When I came to America to live, I dropped my maiden name completey. I much prefer my married name. People are always telling me what a lovely name I have. Also, I'm a bit old-fashioned in the sense that I wanted to take mr. Brit's name. i wouldn't have felt married otherwise.

Treasure those times. I loved it when my girls climbed into bed with us and snuggled down. So cozy and warm and cuddly. The big one doesn't do it anymore - thank goodness, she's nearly 17!! But, the little one does - she's 7.

I don't care where I sit, as long as it's in F ...:D

The airport is, uhm, "cute" in a Wings kind of way.

We used to leave our house in PD when we'd hear the incoming flight do the flyover (there was no control tower when I lived there so they'd have to fly by the runway to alert planes that might be taking off) and make it with plenty of time. They don't even open the security checkpoint until everyone has disembarked the arriving plane.

There's a snackbar with occasional hours, a couple car rental counters and that's it. Baggage claim consists of a a guy pulling a wagon (the burro retired) up to a roll-up door and putting the bags out.

There are 4 "gates" which are nothing more than doors leading outside.

HHH is the reason why I originally started flying US in college. It was easy to hit elite going SYR - PHL/DCA - CLT - HHH a few times a year. And then when I started traveling for work, it was all  from there.

Mine isn't poisoned to "start over" - mine's to prevent bugs from finding habitat. If there are weeds, a lot of people I know take weed-and-feed and over-seed with new grass. Again, not good for children or pets in yard.

It looks like security can be a real pain there: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...27.44,,0,-0.63

You linked to the GA terminal.

The commercial terminal is on the other side of the runway (where the A is if you zoom out). It's off Beach City Rd.

Agreed. I had a great time out there.

jetBlue has finally released some details of the new TureBlue2 program. Will CO match?

They're following the VX spend-based model. It is going to suck for most folks.
