I am paid up for the *do. I am in, I just can't justify shelling out 300€ for j on an intra-eu flight.

Having been to Asia and experiencing "teh jet lag", well that is one place I would not like to be for less than two weeks as I am out cold for two days of them (coming and going).

I think Europe is a good place to be for about a week. So many cool things to do and you are correct - the trains are a mighty good option to get one around. I do like Scandinavia.. but there are other nice places to go as well. Heck, I want to go back to London... last trip forced me into a window seat (coach) and some fussy words at the Insider. :D or I mean

East tears me up (e.g. flying to ZRH Fri-Sat ) - westbound I can still be partying almost 24 hours after waking, even with 18 hours of drinking.

Right now I can't tell who was, but from the logs it appears that he's one of the first two or three.

Good call. You could knock out two major Asian cities in a week with travel time...couple of days each HKG/ICN, or HKG/BKK. @:-)

Or the rolov 10 day :rolleyes:asian special:

I haven't flown since July 5. Seriously - how can I be a plat with 57 total segments among three airlines YTD?

I do walk to my (current) office and gym - in fact, I'm returning my parking card when I switch offices as I'm not going to pay $5 a month for the right to park less than a mile from my home a few times a month.

Yeah, going two full months is really weak.

Heh middle seat being it what it is, I would like to insure my aisle seat.

In related news. I cataloged an operation manual for a condor aviation 757-200/300 today.

I was plat with 21 segments in May? DEQMs were very good to me. :) And I haven't flown since. NYC is on the books but that's a family vaca so looks like exit row for me. Wish I could go somewhere fun... :(

That's worse than me.

I almost deleted an e-mail about a potential job prospect. A note to the HR person who sent the e-mail, pick a title that doesn't look like spam.

I'm looking forward to ZRH. Not certain about only spending a day there ...

Might gently mention that to him/her under the guise that the "Subject was flagged as spam by my e-mail filter; almost missed out on what I perceive to be a great possibility".
