I found the info you were talking about the Post-9/11 GI Bill -- if I qualify for that, and I'm fairly sure that I would (my question is if you can use the Post-9/11 flavor if you used the Montgomery GI Bill while in uniform...) I could probably fund my graduate degree. :eek:

It would get built into the cpm figure if I chose to redeem cash+mi rather than a straight miles redemption. However, even adding $450 to the MSP-GEG fare, the cpm earnings would still be below $0.03, which is excellent for paid F.

With BD, as the Gold requalification threshold is so low (38,000 EQM/year if you're already Gold), I don't worry too much about qualifying. It's all about jumping on the right good-deal or mistake Q-UP (preferably refundable) once one surfaces. When good ones come along (like TPA-ONT), or phenomenal ones (MSP-GEG), it's very easy to requalify and simultaneously rack-up buckets of miles with a relatively small number of weekends spent traveling.

I was wrong. I only have 7 in that pile now. I'm getting four or five more when I get rid of this one :rolleyes: Slowly they're getting out of here, though... I disposed of 5 via Freecycle a week or two ago. I've got more in the basement... :eek:

I found the central question: do I have entitlements remaining under any other GI Bill program I used? Good question; I don't know, but I did not have any education payments get denied while I was in.

When it gets to be time to book, we should check out ZFV-EWR-IAH-BHM fares. They usually match (and sometimes beat) PHL fares and we'd be EUA'able, possibly get a BF seat, and have a couple PClubs to visit....not to mention the ^ parking rates at the train stations.
