i have to do that after I get back from FLL later this month.....got about 10-12 PCs and a couple old servers.

Freecycle is a wonderful thing. A year or so ago I gave away an entire carload (the guy had a large SUV that left FULL) of Sun equipment. My town also has a computer recycling facility that I use for stuff that is completely dead.

You can run. But you can never hide.

That sounds like a great plan....would only need to burn 2 free National days ^.

Nice. The NYC-area Boxers could put a foursome in a minivan, and if anyone wants to join us from IAH or elsewhere, they just have to say so well enough in advance to book the times, write the pairings, coordinate the flights, etc.

When it gets to be time to book, we should check out ZFV-EWR-IAH-BHM fares. They usually match (and sometimes beat) PHL fares and we'd be EUA'able, possibly get a BF seat, and have a couple PClubs to visit....not to mention the ^ parking rates at the train stations.

That's three new lines and two new dots. I could be sold on that if the timing worked to land and squeeze in the par-3 course. IMO, unless the fare is horribly higher, the arrival time on day 1 is paramount, as the par-3 course takes priority.

1P

You can do better than that! :D

Go for 1k -- it's only a measly 25k bis miles at the most from 1P.

Well not so much UA, but any epiphanies on AA? See my (editing) *second to* previous post. :)

Keep in mind that the first ZFV-EWR departure is 5:15 AM every day and while that may be a  time to catch a train, it opens up the connection to early IAH flights.

When are you thinking about planning this....February or March-ish??

I placed a restriction on grocery shopping - not allowed until after ZRH.

If you figure out how to do that from BNA, I might send you some Admiral's Club passes. I have 1,000 EQM.

Home after bourbon-fest, all of downtown is without power ...

I bet you have shelves full of old computer stuff. Have any 8088's down there?;)

If I get into this grad program, it starts in May. I don't wanna do Alabama at any time that could remotely be construed as summer. I'm not sure when it would be affordable, that's the only thing. I also talked about a nonflying NYC Area Golf Mini-Do for this year and never followed thru for lack of cash on my part. I wanted to get on some of the other courses at Bethpage, and I know Teh Bagfamily and Hartmann/Jess were initially interested in coming up North for that. Either one will make me very :D to pull off.

I wouldn't be surprised if I had 20 MB hard drives and 300 baud modems hiding somewhere.

Why would you not go for 1K?

Habit out of flying CO and enjoying the easier connections between ATL and Texas/Louisiana?

I'm very, very seriously considering a switch to UA for the rest of the year now that I've done the math though.
