Nice shot.

As often as I'm out in :rolleyes:ville I really need to get out and actually see some of it. Maybe I can contract with the burro to give me a little tour. Although, he's been kind of an a$$ to me lately.

Thanks, everything I've done I've really enjoyed - Tent Rocks, Bandelier, Petroglyph National Monument, and walking around Santa Fe a bit. I hiked around White Sands for hours waiting for the sun to to cast some orange light but there were storm clouds in the mountain. Nice light show though before it set.

I'm gathering photos of various "fowls" when I travel.

Peacocks. Chickens. Pelicans. Emus. Etc.

When the time is right I will unleash them on FT.

I'm thinking about posting about my emotional support squirrel in the perro thread.:D Oh, and I saw a roadrunner today, no picture though.

Did you know that those doggie strollers cost around $130. I was shocked when I saw the price tag on one at PetCo.

That justifies one of the criteria on my list when choosing my dog: Must be able to walk.

Another suggestion...you could always sarcastically embrace your hate:

Sarcasm is a lost art form that fewer and fewer people seem to appreciate these days. I find sometimes that smashing someone in the head with a joke and cramming it down their throat is the only way they'll actually get it.

As the course was open, I would have lost my £25 deposit if I had bailed. (That and I had driven 30 miles to get there.) I was paired up with a couple of guys from Dallas who had a local caddy and a "buggy." (Electric cart) I don't think I would have gotten home without both accessories.

Wow....you'd kick my a$$! Ok....you're officially un-invited to the BHM golf mini-DO since you'll throw off the curve. :p

I certainly hope no one has forgotten the ERJ beef jerky d:rolleyes:g. Those who don't study history are doomed to repeat it.

What the h*ll is that in the photo posted by rolov and quoted just above by sfogate? I can see what looks to be a cat inside the bunker, but what is that up top? The kitty's Alf toy?

In terms of dog selection, consider a kongal. National dog of Turkey, gentle, loyal, and 120 lbs. And will kill any intruder that doesn't back off. Only downside is that a few hundred acres and a bunch of things for it to protect are more or less a requisite.

I didn't know that specific criterion required justification. ;)

Just read the LAX hub thread but it was getting too serious for me. I was tempted to post that I had heard a rumor about a KEF base so that CO could get RJ's to Europe, but decided against it, since such nonsense in the midst of otherwise useless speculation might be dealt with harshly. Then I saw your post and decided I needed to come here.

Sarchasm: The ravine of doubt between the author of sarcastic wit and the moron who doesn't get it.

It's a Yorkie sticking it's head out the top, not a cat. I like the idea of an Alf toy though.^
