EUR broke, but did not hold $1.46 about an hour ago. Up from 42 handle a week ago, high for the calendar year so far. Looks like fall excursions to Europe will be a little more pricey this year.

I don't know offhand, but I will research. You would, however, be entitled to access based on your Skyteam Elite+ status and international Skyteam boarding pass, provided the lounge is outside security or you can get past security if the lounge is airside.
