The ABC Show "Dating in the Dark" has a former co-worker of mine on it, the guy named "Seth." Wow is that strange to watch.

^ I love our ceiling fan. While we have ceiling fans in every room, our bedroom and great room get the most use; yet our Reliant bill was still

I only have three exceptions to rooms with ceiling fans: bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. Last month's bill (came last week) was just under $75, next month's will be  (think is was twice that in August 2008).

Bathrooms need exhaust fans, not ceiling fans. You need to evacuate poo stink and shower steam and that's it. Kitchens should never have fans, for obvious premature food cooling reasons.

We have one in our bathroom; none in the laundry. Our bill was almost 2 x my car payment :(

A family friend built a house with what he called a "master area" instead of just a master bedroom/bathroom in combination. There's only a small partition within the bedroom where the toilet lives, and there's a glass-enclosed standing shower right by the toilet area, but no walls actually wall off the bathroom function from the bedroom function. He refers to the area as the "sleep/shower/$hit room".

On a separate note, my best friend and I are planning a girls getaway. We went over details last night and she said she had to talk to her hubby. She's been married nearly 20 years and she needs permission???
