I seem to recall that the valet parking was actually the better deal than self parking.

The sweatshirt? Pretty darn funny!

In other news, despite the fact that I hit 90K EQMs on June 1st, it was not until last week that EDI-CDG made me a CO1K.

I'll assume you're home OK?

We had a great time and it was a lot of fun to see you. All the best to Franny!

My personal he!!.

The only redeeming thing about that place is one of the restaurants serves a surprisingly good Chilean sea bass.

Aloha box. What a freaking long day.

Off to what I'm sure is a very  hotel gym.

Why is there a Disney Adobe Flash Ad blocking the search CO forum function on the main CO forum page? At least for me it is in Mozilla.

You see ads on FT?

I have to go to UPS in BB to pick up my order. They attempted to deliver (3X) while I was away -- this was after I was informed, at order time, that it would be delivered after the 9th! I will make that an errand on thurs. while I'm out & about & plan to make a deposit on the way home!

Interestingly, the day got better after that 86K post! My son called to ask to be picked up from school -- many books! Hadn't seen him for a while, so it was fun! He's now a HS sophomore!:)

I did open one Chase account with coins... more coins tomorrow. I bought some French chocolate truffles for the nice folks at the bank ;) I've got a lot of coins coming!

Cool - if your schedule opens up I'll see what I can do.

Although I drive past Opryland on the way to/from BNA and often go to Opry Mills, I've never entered (or desired to enter) the Gaylord Opryland Hotel

I just browsed about (no joke) 1900 job listings on CareerBuilder and found maybe a dozen that I would have a shot at.

We loved it. I can't think of any place I've been where old and new blend so well. Food was great, it was easy to get around (and will only be easier in 2011 when the trams are completed) and the people were amazing. Everyone we met was really nice and amazingly helpful. Edinburghers are rightfully proud of their city and eager to show it off to visitors.

We were on the bus and I asked the driver about identifying a stop. He told me what to look for, but when we were approaching, he announced the stop just for us. ^

The weather was pretty good except for Thursday AM and Friday AM. Thursday afternoon was a Chamber of Commerce day with beautiful blue skies. I made good use of the sweaters don't see the light of day in teh Pit.

I'd like to go back during the Fringe if I can figure out how to enjoy it without being immersed in it.

I don't think I'd like to drive in the City Center. We left the car at a park & ride near the Dalmahoy and took the bus whenever we went into town. But I really do think that having the car lead us to some experiences we would not have had without one.

We'd definitely go back in a heartbeat.

It sure was a lot of laughs all the way from St Malo to Paris. I would guess that you are also home in good shape. Your flight was a lot longer than ours but we were relegated to that miserable Air France. I'm not paying again for their service any time soon.

Say hello to baglady for me but I'll be looking for her appearance around here.
