What about BCN or MAD? I'd suggest LED, but that's a bit far north for that time of year. You're going to have to call in, though.

From the AF lounge at JFK where I have just demolished three glasses of Pommery and there is still nearly two hours to flight time. :D

Already starting out to be one of those  weeks. I have to drive to Austin tomorrow for a meeting, the only redeeming part being the ability to check out the Arboretum Renaissance.

Mackieman, I am about to get my TX DL tomorrow. How long was the wait for yours? It's $24, correct? What do I need to bring, other than my out-of-state DL? The $24, how did you pay? Cash? Check? I hate dealing w/ driver's licensing.

Lisbon is a terrific weekend during the winter months. The temps are moderate and there is plenty to do and see in the old city and the Barrio Alto. Include a trip out to Cascais and Estoril to see the surfers and the casino which is another very good option. I do like Lisbon for a long weekend.
We'll actually have a full week available. I'm looking at a Saturday departure the weekend before Thanksgiving and returning Saturday or Sunday the weekend after Thanksgiving. |

Good suggestion — I hadn't even plugged in Lisbon as a possibility.

Lisbon would be great and I will envy you if you go. I've done the BF fare sales the last few years to top off the plat and normally was too late to grab Lisbon (booked later than this!). |
Good night. going in at 6am again.

Paypal keeps forcing me to enter a Savings or Checking account for some purchases. Says the amount exceeds my purchasing limit ($25 ).
Am I unrealistic in not wanting to give them this info? |
