I would have to agree with this. It's not as if they didn't ticket, and then refused to ticket/transport -- as has happened many times before. Once you're ticketed, you've got a contract. You can't get out of it for free just because you change your mind. Why should the airline be able to do so? These flights were ticketed and BA did not cancel things right away. They waited. BA is clearly wrong IMHO. |
