I logged off FT but had an email from a relative asking to look at their new (business) web site. One of the photos shown is of BL JR. I would have appreciated a request to use her photo for publicity (I wouldn't ask for any $ just the courtesy). We have always declined to have her photo or video used for any publicity reason (until CO offers us unlimited up front travel for her addition to the video ;) ) but at least we had the option to check no. Am I being unreasonable? Plus1 is asleep so I can't start b!tching about it to him. So I'm back to teh box.

I just noticed that CO reconfigured all their 777's and I know moved myself to the bulkhead in row 18 for all my trips. :-:

Well, I was kinda standing in the crosswalk with my hand out in the universal "stop sign" :eek: ready to jump out of the way if needed. Once he stopped I quickly collected my coins but I was getting major :rolleyes: and :confused: and :eek: from bystanders and bus pax

That is definitely uncool. Every school or camp my kids have attended have had an opt-in or opt-out regarding publication of the kids' photos in brochures or on the web; I was under the impression that this was standard practice where pictures of minors are concerned.

No, I don't think you are being unreasonable at all -- I recall reading about how some family's holiday photo ended up being used in advertisements somewhere in Eastern Europe, unbeknownst to them. :eek: You also want to make sure it is copyrighted, if you choose for it to used for marketing purposes.
