Taylor ham is alive and well in the lower Hudson Valley (of NY).

They are gone already, sorry.

In other news, I got in trouble at work for doing the right thing, but not following policy

We finally found a decent condo (although, it's a little smaller compared to what I would have liked...) that will allow us to do a short term lease! We should be signing the lease later tonight. ^

Yes they are. I know I was wrong but I did the right thing for the 36 people hurt and requiring EMS.

Oh, NIMS, enough said.

From the slogan makers that brought you "Skyteam: the airlines that got picked last" bring you "NIMS: because Katrina was such a success."

Google voice is coming in handy now. Redirecting calls from anyone but the PD to voicemail!

YUM. :D I'm totally going to try that.

By chance anyone know of where I can find a cheat sheet for disaster recovery requirements according to NIST guidelines?

I think I may be able to help you out with that. YHPM :)

Being just about equidistant from NYC and Philly, I thought that I was about as "central" as it got in this state...and granted, it's only been a year, but I had NEVER heard the term "taylor ham" until this morning!

+:-: I spent my dozen years here in central Jersey and if anything it's been an even mix of pork roll and taylor ham. :-:

Why should a 19 year old be driving a Corvette? If he saved the $$ for it and had the $$ to buy insurance, gasoline, et cetera.. well, good for him. But, if the parents bought the car for him, shame on them. I remember being 19. I was too immature, even for my Toyota Celica. I wouldn't call it "Wow wow wow." If the person in the Hummer died, then that statement would be true.

I understand that!! I once had too and thought I was going to fall asleep in the PC that evening!

LGA P Club is actually fine on the inside, except for the bathroom, which is usually in  condition. Bartender there makes a good Whisky Sour.

I need to try that drink some time! See what the classic cocktails are all about.

You should just cancel that Asia trip and split your time between Bentonville, Arkansas and Oklahoma City to rack up point bonuses. :-:

You headed up this way soon?

Unless DCA prices take a massive dive soon I doubt I will make it to the DO.

Fly outta TUL. It is cheap here
