And writing copy.

True; I do have some amount of published content to my name - IIRC it's like 60-something pieces, along with three sold photos for print and another two dozen for Web publication. I also rewrote an entire dining index and golf index for the web arm of that same publication company...200-some-odd blurbs on restaurants and 30-some golf pieces. (Not that I keep track. :o)

Most of the cows are in the Central Valley in massive feedlots. They don't look happy driving by on CA 99.

I did see one herd of happy cows - they were grazing on open pasture between CA 1 and the ocean near Half Moon Bay.

Must be why so few companies practice it.

Toyota is very much a long-view kind of company.

You're missing out. You also may not be a real aerogeek. Sacrilege.

I'd love to be a part of launching a site like this. We have come up with several ideas and this seems to be the best one yet.

The Toyota Way is still on my B&N list, at your recommendation - I didn't include it in this recent order but I do intend on reading it.

Apparently, all they want to do is say a prayer for you on the phone. Did not ask for any money. I listen and thank them for the prayer. It's the least I can do, even if I don't believe.

ETA: I've never received these calls living anywhere else.

Never had one living in Texas officially my entire live.

All available as of right now:
  • FlyingInsider.com
  • OracleOfTravel.com
  • SageOfTheSkies.com
  • SeatsAndSuch.com

Plenty more, I'm sure, but those are a few I just came up with while trying to avoid actually doing any work.

If you guys are ok with it, I'd like to set up a Yahoo Group e-mail list so that those of us who are interested in pursuing this endeavor can talk about it without cluttering the box and it will be easy to keep track of the ideas and decisions.
