It's all for the best. I actually found out just ten days after the honeymoon ended. When we combined our cell phone accounts, I (naturally) received a bill. I was somewhat curious why hundreds of minutes & multiple calls per day were going to the same number. She also happened to leave her email open on my computer one evening. Saved mail with photos of her and him (same dude from over a year ago) from just two and three weeks before the wedding.

It was rough for several weeks, but I have come to realize that I made the mistake of marrying a true sociopath, who has no regard for the feelings of others. It doesn't make any sense to try and ask: "why?" as that would just be pointless. I can't understand that frame of reference.

I am, however, going to enjoy my newfound freedom to the hilt. I'm hitting up PRG with some buddies for Labor Day Weekend (there is Z availability on the PRG-JFK return ^), and am going to plan an absolutely ridiculous New Year's routing to somewhere off the beaten track.

There's nothing I can say that hasn't been already said, but it sucks and I'm sorry. Glad you're doing it now before you invest any more time (miles, points, etc.) on a sociopath.

There's beer to be drunk, and lots of lines yet to fill on my FM, and about 3 billion other fish in the sea, many of whom are not sociopaths.

In golf terms, take a mulligan.

So let's recap this year's  on what aircraft people won't fly on anymore. The death traps are Q400's, 737's (at least classics w/ their holes and broken steering cables), and All Airbus'. Did I leave any out?

Edit: I forgot about 772's w/ RR engines.

Avoid cruises, too!

Haha, no. They were dressed in professional attire with their skirts hiked up just a little too high. That is just unspeakably hot to me. :D

Sorry to ruin your view. :p

YES! Avoid everything. No matter where you look, single solitary :rolleyes:bags are being killed, injured, maimed, etc. from doing stupid things. That means that it will happen to you, without fail. Government should just ban everything. That way there will be no problems.

I'm sorry, unless you're super hot at 40 (and lets be honest, most people aren't) you do get to wear Juicy across your butt.

The right to Juicy usage is inversely proportional to the effect that gravity has had on the body seeking to wear the Juicy.

The fiancee got approved for her HH AmEx, but got the 30K offer from Hilton.com instead of the 20K offer from AmEx. Thanks for that 10K referral bonus, h:rolleyes:ney.

Welcome to the club.

So far, i can't say I've been disappointed by them. Since you are interested in transcon, DL has been pretty good about upgrades. I noticed on L-U-Ts they don't happen at five days, but three days. But they are consistent.

Our LUTs have been happening same as the Ks and up. All come in at the 5 or 6 day Plat window.

As non-hub Plats, not counting RJs and purchased FC, the two of us now have not failed an upgrade from any fare class this year. That is just about 60 for 60 for me and a few less for her. And all but two had come in before we left for the airport

I found a lovely little apartment in the OC (pending on site investigation) but it presents this little doozie of an issue: How do you get a queen size bed up to the 2nd floor loft bedroom with a spiral staircase?

By hiring movers.

Random thought on dollar coins.

With Chase, you can pay your CC bill in person at a bank. Will they turn you away if you walk in wanting to make a cash deposit against your card?

I'm bored trying to figure out how I can have fun with the banks and this. :D

I hate when conference calls go off topic at the end and all I want to do is hang up.

If they allow one to make a payment in cash (instead of check / wire / money order), that could be interesting.
