reliable...well I would not go that far. I still have family in Ireland and a few trips out there Ryanair has cancelled flights without notice. Once on a DUB-LGW we boarded the flight and then they opted not to fly, although that happens less these days. Anyway I do enjoy them, always clean and you get what you pay for. I hope you dont want window shades, seat pockets, ect.

If you are leaving from DUB be prepaird to walk. Many of their gates are really out of the way.

If what I read about Ryanair is correct, the emphasis is on the tight part. 29" pitch?

We will be flying from Gothenburg, Sweden to Dublin. It will be interesting to say the least!

I must be weird because I prefer row 3 in most cases. For starters, I'm guaranteed that my roll aboard luggage will fit above my seat (front to back). Also, I like having a pouch in the seat in front of me, as well as my backpack/laptop under the seat in front of me within arms reach.

In most cases I agree. Having my laptop(s) nearby is important and having space in the overhead is a definite plus. Maybe I'll get lucky and someone will move from row 2.

If im in row 1 , i prefer the aisle and dont mind putting my laptop in the overhead.
I guess it all depends on how happy you are to be upfront.
There are days where i could care less where im sitting as long as i got the upgrade.

I'm not a big fan of Anchor Steam, but the thought of a loyal and devoted Keg passing on to the big cellar in the sky does tear at the heart-strings. My condolences in your time of sorrow. Now, to collect the life-insurance (keg deposit) and trade-up to a bustier, friskier model. May I suggest North Coast Old Stock.

We had a choice: non-stop on RyanAir for $100 or a connecting flight on SAS for $200. It wasn't a hard decision for a one hour flight.

From what I've heard, SAS short-haul Y isn't particularly stellar. Sounds like a good move.
